Our return visit, bought a few items, staff always handy to help. Great prices and plenty of choice. Delivery guys were great and very helpful.
Easily found at the end of wellingborough Road by the roundabout.nA small car park, so try and avoid busy times.nYou can ask for delivery, or collection yourself.nPlenty of goods inside a large warehouse..nDo check the item though as alot of damaged stock on the floor, which isn't discounted enough for the damage I believe.nPlenty of bargains to be had though.
Love this place! Such friendly staff, great prices and the storage / delivery options is great meaning I had peace of mind knowing I had a sofa picked and paid for and I could request delivery exactly when I needed it for our house move our sofa had no issues, some minor damage was on the kitchen islands I got but that's also one of the reasons for how they reduce the prices, damage or end of line stuff... if you're OK the have those possibilities to save your pennies, 100% go and check out the stock!
Rude staff and client care is almost non existent for The Home Outlet Store Rushden branch. They may have items on offer but the rudeness of their staff is like nothing I have ever experienced! They did not explain at any stage that if you decided to purchase one thing, you as a customer must literally run around the shop looking for that exact person who you initially spoke to. How is that good customer service especially when you can see staff doing zero at the till point. On Saturday 2nd November, I approached the check out and asked for assistance as my husband wanted an additional item. The 2 ladies at the checkout, who were not serving any customers at this point, asked me to go hunting around the shop to find the person I initially spoke to re another item over an hour ago! I enquired why that is the case as we were not aware that is the process as it was my first time there only to be met by rolling eyes, then the woman at the checkout stormed off and in front of my sight gossips about me to another colleague, then marches towards me and says another guy will help me when he is available. A 3rd guy Mike said he will do it with so much attitude and anything but good customer service skills!. I asked him why the staff in the shop were so rude and unhelpful and he started telling me I am not the only customer and if I wanted to leave the things then I should do that! I was shocked to be honest as I have never ever been treated in such an appalling way. I told him I will go to social media and he said carry on and be a warrior and stormed off. My husband and I just had to leave the store without anything because of the complete disrespect and very poor customer service we experienced at this store. I am not precious about waiting my turn or following rules or process but that process or rules must be explained to your customers. Your customers pay for the items so they do deserve at least basic manners and respect! I will never support this store as a matter of principal and I will make sure that my family and friends know about our terrible experience too! I suggest the management team seriously consider sending their staff on a customer service skills course and they can learn the basics of client care and customer service. Very disappointed especially as this was our first and only time visiting the store and I can confidently say we will never step foot there again and neither will anyone we know! Lo
I was shocked by the prices!!nSome real bargains to be had.nHelpful staff.nLots of choice & reasonable prices.nJust wish I had known about this place before we pretty much furnished our house.nPretty good quality items too.nWould definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap decent furniture!
