Went to Rushden Lake and visited New Look and saw a bag that I love the style  and bought it straight away!

Very helpful young lady .I was purchasing something for my daughter and wasn't sure if it would fit .I explained that I had been on website and the smaller size was out of stock, but was in stock at a branch futher away.  She explained that they could order it from the other store and have it sent to my home, if the other size didn't fit .

Got what  my daughter was looking for.A stunning jumpsuit. Which she wore to a friend's wedding. Cheers an thanks to the young girl in the changing room who helped an fave good advice. Thurs 7 Nov afternoon

This is a new larger new look store on the new popular Rushen lakes complex. Parking is easy and accessible and with it being a larger store it stocks a great range of clothes in a large range of sizes so is ideal for where to go when buying. New look offer some great buys at realistic prices.

Wanted some jeans and leggings and luckily received an email from New Look today offering 25% discount to their card holders, so happily made a saving.

Like a jumble sale. Barely any stock above a size 10, and staff need training. Saying "''scuse me" after barging you out of the way to put something back on the rail is not good customer service!

Very helpful, pleasant staff. Just a shame that they don't sell mens clothing so I will have to find another branch that does.

Staff here are really helpful. No issues with returning my items highly recommended.

Shop is ser within the new Rushden Lakes complex. Very good parking. Good selection of fashion clothing for young and old.
