The Costa in next was OK e.g friendly staff, however, the hygiene was lacking see pictures as they need coverings for their cakes lots of flies on them.nnUpdated from 2 to 4 stars as Costa got back to my complaint and appear to be looking into the fly incident and seemed to be taking it seriously:nn‘Store hygiene is an absolute priority, and we want you to experience the high level of customer service you should expect every time you visit a Costa store. We apologise that it was not achieved on this occasion. The store is now working very closely with Eco Lab Environmental Services to get this issue resolved and all measures are being looked into to prevent this from happening again.’
A visit to Rushden Lakes branch 11/04/26 just for a simple return. This turned in to a nightmare, the item I received was wrong so wouldn’t scan back in. Many attempts later, Sarah solved the problem and had the correct item sent to me. I received it the following morning.nFantastic service
Used the Costa coffee shop here and although the coffee was satisfactory and staff were friendly, I was appalled that only the accessible toilet was available and it was so dirty and in a state of disrepair. Not sure who would be responsible, Next or Costa?? I wonder what the hygiene standards are like?
Downstairs to the right is womens clothing and shoes.nTo the left there's children's clothing.nUp stairs to the left is menswear.nTo the right is a smallish section of homeware.nNot much big furniture, more cushions and candles etc.nThere's also a Costa cafe upstairs.nA toilet is available too.nAn escalator to travel upstairs.nTill service is fast and efficient.nYou can also collect online orders from here too.
Amy was very helpful, she stopped what she was doing on the Victoria’s Secret section to call another store regarding stock for my daughter’s prom shoes. She waited patiently for the store to answer and check for us.
