A hidden gem. A beautiful house with hotel quality rooms, a friendly, family feel and a warm welcome. Andy & Christine went above and beyond to make this a very memorable stay. We went to Mote Park for the music and Riseden came up as a local B&B so we booked it. Every time we called to check something they always answered in a friendly and professional way. Will definitely go back next time we're staying over nearby.

A great stay, in a nice home, with a lovely host! Bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Christine also made 12 of us what felt like a banquet breakfast the next morning before we finished the final leg of our charity bike ride. I’d highly recommend this B&B Thanks Christine and co!
This B&B is located off the main road in a peaceful and pleasant area. The room was absolutely stunning, tastefully decorated to the highest standard, and meticulously clean and comfortable with a super king size bed and luxurious bedding. The en suite walk in shower was very roomy, as is the bedroom again meticulously clean and luxurious. I loved the finishing touches of a mermaid ornament and flowers in the en suite! The proprietors are very friendly, entertaining, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A superb variety of food was readily available for breakfast to cater for all tastes, and there is flexibility with dining times. Breakfast was served in a light and airy conservatory overlooking the garden. The Classic FM radio sounds contributed to the already perfect ambience. I spent three wonderful days here on a walking break, mostly to spend time at Buttercups Goat Sanctuary which is only 3 x miles away. There is also a bus route which takes you into Maidstone and surrounding areas. Perfect location base for getting around the surrounding areas! This was my first visit and I have already booked to return again in September! I have found my second home here with a real taste of luxury!
Meticulously clean very large room. Quiet location within walking distance of Loose centre for a nice dinner at the local inn. Friendly, easy-going host that is always eager to provide information. Good choice of breakfast options. Would stay again.

It is set with a couple of other houses down a private road off the main road, the rooms are well decorated the room we had did have a very large bed which was very comfortable, large wardrobe and dressing table, tea/coffee making facilities, the bathroom was quite big and had very modern furniture and a large shower.it was very quiet. Breakfast was lovely with homemade yoghurt, cereal, cooked breakfast. The owners were very nice and friendly.
The greatest breakfast and shower I’ve ever had staying away from home. The hospitality & kindness from Christine was second to none and we were all incredibly grateful for how she took care of us. Riseden B&B made our 200k charity bike ride even more memorable. Thank you.Rooms: 5/5
Spotless rooms, great breakfast and comfy beds. However will not return as they gave away the room i booked a month in advance. Claiming a room is not guaranteed but just a preference. To me this is unacceptable when you choose a specific room for personal reasons.Rooms: 4/5
