First time here yesterday. Hugely impressed with their COVID precautions - I felt very safe - and wonderful to be back in a cinema. A great experience.
Fantastic little independent cinema in Dalston. Very accessible with lots of seating downstairs with step free access. Great selection of drinks at reasonable prices.
Friendly staff and food and drinks are quite cheap compared to the larger chains. Seatings really comfy and currently they're doing social distancing so you've got to sit in your allocated seats. You have to wear a mask in the communal areas i.e foyer but unsure if it's a must when you get to your seat as some people didnt.
I love everything about this cinema. The feel, the decor, the electric atmosphere on a Friday night for the big features. The sound system also needs a mention as I find it way better than at the Vue.
Was ok. But thats about it. Could do with some better seating. Maybe a refurbishment overall as its dated. Got a funky odour.
Great vibe, friendly staff, comfy chairs. Happy to be living nearby.
The covid measures are so well respected there. Plus it’s super cosy.
You can "see" the movie but don't expect to actually hear it. The sound quality is non existant.
