Curzon Soho
"A beloved haunt of filmmakers – Andrea Arnold has called it ‘the coolest cinema in the world’ – Curzon Soho is our buzzing West End cinema that regularly hosts Q&As, festival screenings and documentary events. The three-screen venue is steeped in film history, its bathroom walls are wallpapered with classic-film posters, and it maintains an easygoing atmosphere in its comfortable café and downstairs bar."

Great place to catch a movie on a rainy day in the heart of London close to Piccadilly & Trafalgar square. They have a cute bar right on street level with a view of Chinatown. Special 2 for $14- had espresso martini and a delicious gluten free salted caramel brownie. Perfect way to end my Sunday!
Lovely cinema. Amazing amenities such as pastas and cakes in addition to traditional movie snacks such as popcorn. They even had cocktails and ice cream available at the bar. The seats were extremely comfortable, the only drawback being that the arm rests did not have cup holders. The best part of this cinema are the £5 off-peak tickets for members under 25 years of age. Great experience overall, would recommend.
Went for Brian and Charles on a weekday evening to sample the place. Very premium entry experience and a well stocked bar to welcome you. Friendly serviceman at the bar. Good experience, worth a try. PS : London Pass holders should definitely try this place as it's included in the pass and easy to miss. But it's worth it, keeping in mind the great location too!
Bar staff upstairs were not interested in providing service. Went for a 20:30 show and half way through the movie all bars closed so couldn't even get a water. Basic aspects of movie watching were decent, and the seats are great with lots of space, but isn't the idea here to provide more for the atmosphere
*** DON'T SIT DOWN ORDER AT TILL FIRST *** New bar design looks clean with pretend white wood. Seats all the way down. But it's **NOT** like a regular bar anywhere else. They won't serve you. The problem is:- the staff recall the previous setup where people went to one counter with a till prominent. So the staff **EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO USE OLD SYSTEM ** Having said that; staff are pleasant but, they don't get any tips or service charge so, don't expect service. Mostly casual labour, students, film fans etc. A few spirits and coffees. A sad "menu" offering nachos and a few other items with fancy names used to try and make it sound different. Be realistic.....the reason you are here is not as a gastronome. You are most likely here because you arrived early for the film you want to see. Popcorn and usual cinema fair can be had one level down. West end prices but not exorbitant.
Such a great theatre. Comfortable and their food is just so good. Good movie options as well
On every level this is the perfect cinema experience. Ambience: Brilliant - it does not have the 'branded' feel of 'Big Brother' competitors. Choice: Few cinemas in London now offer such a range of films, which rarely get screened elsewhere - there of course are big hitters - something for everyone. Comfort: Terrific, with plenty of legroom. Facilities: For a cinema this could not be better, there are TWO licensed bars, one at street level with a great Soho outlook. Special Screenings/Events: An abundance INCLUDING Save Curzon Soho events - more later! Curzon Team: Wonderful, everyone makes you feel so welcome. Price: Quite reasonable and there are often special offers
Expensive but it is London's West End. Attended a Saturday 11am viewing. Walked through foyer, down lifts, used toilets, entered screen, watched film and left without seeing hardly anyone or having tickets checked
Lovely place for a drink and 'planning session' for our afternoon activities and of course we didn't need to get wet going to another cinema.
Might be a great cinema but the website is a fricking desaster; tried three different browser on two different mobiles and it does not work at all. How you can maintain such a web presence in the year 2022 is a complete mystery....
