Recently bought our wedding rings from here and the service provided was nothing short of excellent, from the help and time offered when choosing, to the workmanship of the finished products, everything has been superb. The staff are friendly and the jewellery seems super value. Highly recommended.
Myself and my wife have been very pleased with the level of service we have received for our wedding bands. The staff are very down to earth, chatty and bubbly with a homely feel. We had walked into many jewellers , but when we entered here we knew we would be looed after well. Keep up the good work and thankyou.
We visited riches back in 2018 and purchased our wedding rings, they were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We returned a few weeks ago as our rings needed resizing and cleaning and again excellent service recieved.
If you want a personalised, sentimental and genuine jeweller this is the place to go. After losing her husband my Nan wanted my Grandads wedding band resized and a stone placed within the ring. This was an emotional time and Jo the jeweller was genuinely empathetic and caring for our situation, Grandads ring was handled with care as if a mark of respect for the amazing man we lost and a note made on the order of how important the ring was to us and the sentimental value it held. The ring looks beautiful and is a stunning piece of work, the stone fits beautifully within the ring - a diamond for the diamond we lost. Thank you Daisy and family
The teams attention to detail is second to non. Of all the stores we visited in the Jewellery Quarter, Riches were the only ones who focused on the little things and made sure our wedding rings were prefect. Highly recommended!
My husband and I both had our wedding rings made here, they were beautiful and nothing was too much trouble. Friendly staff and excellent quality too.
Bought my wedding ring here got first class service and very helpfull, Wish we had bought my fiances ring from here as well, but went back to the shop we bought her engargmeant ring from and had nothing but hassles with them ....will be using RICHES for any other items we ever need

Did not inform me that they dont do refunds nor do they have a sign informing customers of this. They only tell you if you specifically ask about refund policy. No transparency whatsoever. Will never be going there again.
