Having already purchased my engagement ring from here we couldn’t wait to return and get the matching wedding rings, Brian & June are lovely, nothing is too much trouble,the attention to detail is just amazing, we are so pleased, with the rings ,and can’t wait for our big day to wear these beautiful rings. We were kept up to date by email and telephone calls. The whole experience has been really enjoyable. Well it’s 3 years on now from my wedding, we’ve been back and brought a beautiful eternity ring, the service is excellent, as well as the quality, june is very patient offering her help and advice, Ring was presented in a lovely box and looks great next to my wedding rings, really pleased, Thankyou again Nigel & Julia x
Fantastic customer service. We were on the search for our perfect wedding rings and decided to head to Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. It can be very overwhelming with no direction but after popping in and out of shops, we ended up at Kensington Jewellers. Straight away we were made to feel welcome, no question was too silly! They showed a range of their rings and even quickly polished up my engagement ring to show the beauty next to my chosen wedding ring. A huge thank you to Brian. We absolutely love our rings and cannot wait to wear them every single day.
Ordered a ring for me an my wife waited 6 weeks after been told 3. Was promised for our old rings to be melted to make up the new ones. Upon late collection found out that this was all lip service and they never melted the old rings. Not only that my wife’s ring was made completely wrong and therefore for wasted all that time waiting Would strongly not recommend this shop unless you want to be promised the world and get absolutely nothing
I've bought an engagement ring and both of our wedding rings from Kensington. Both times the service was nothing short of professional, helpful and confidence inspiring. The engagement ring was of a unique style we couldn't find anywhere else, when it came time to get the wedding rings, they made a bespoke ring to fit around and perfectly match with the engagement ring. Any other jewellery I buy will be bought from here.
12 years ago I surprised my wife with an engagement ring. They made a ring to my design perfectly and my wife loved it. 2 years later we went back and had our wedding rings made, my wife's was made to fit around her engagement ring. So 10 years on for our 10th anniversary I thought I would surprise my wife with an eternity ring. So obviously Kensignton Jewellers was the only place I would go. With nothing more than a ring size, a photo of the engagement ring and a sketch of what I wanted they made me a ring of pink sapphire and diamond. It was stunning. It fitted around the engagement ring perfectly and looks beautiful, my wife is over the moon. Thank you both for you help and expertise over the years you are amazing. Always friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend Kensington Jewellers.
Went in and ordered our wedding rings from here, Natalie was lovely and very helpful. We ordered as they said they'd have them out to us within 7-10 days. After over 2 weeks I rang to see what the delay was, it took me 2 days to get hold of them, when I did I was told there was a delay with my fiancés ring but my ring was ready and it'd be 2 more days, 2 days later I'd heard nothing so I called them, took another 2 days for them to answer my calls and emails bounced back. I finally got hold of them and they said it was a delay with my ring not my fiancés this time. In total it took around 3 and a half to 4 weeks for us to finally get our rings. They are beautiful rings, which is the only reason I gave more than one star. But I would not use this jewellers again.
Visited the jewellery quarter in the search an engagement ring and found Kensington Jewellery most helpful and pleasant. They listened to my needs and catered for them exactly ! The ring was beautiful and my fiancé loved it so 5* for me ! I’ve since been back and brought many other items from them for other family members ! Definitely recommend :
A family run business, they are very professional and go out of there way to help their customers. I took my mom's ring to be repaired and restored and had an opal mounted to wear as a necklace. I was really happy with what they did. Real quality workmanship.
Extremely dissatisfied with the waiting time on a ring I was having made each time I saw cast it's nothing like the picture I gave them. it was ordered dec and in May still nothing . Lack of communication and then unprofessional e-mails. After having a number of items made there over the years I will Not be returning
