Always a pleasure to buy from Romford Richer Sounds , Bob, Fitz , Ian etc and the team give great advice. Today is is the fourth or fifth T.V. I have bought for our family here. They are never pushy and give you time and space to make a decision. I would recommend this shop to anyone making a T.V. or HIFI purchase. Well done!
Popped in to see if they could help repair my speaker normally they only repair and fix their own ones that they supply went in and spoken to Steve , and he was willing to look to see if he can help even though didn’t buy from them and even gave me a power lead to use . Very helpful and will defo use them in future .
I always buy my tv's from here very good prices and you get a 6 year guarantee thrown in. I would recommend to anyone looking for hifi equipment or a new telly
Phoned because my set-top box remote control seemed to have died. Richard gave instructions on how to test it and an offer of further testing if I took it in. I tested it as suggested and it seemed dead but I took it to the shop just to be sure. Fitz examined it thoroughly and pronounced it definitely dead. Despite not being covered by the guarantee Richer Sounds found a working replacement in the shop which they gave me free of charge. Customer service without equal. Thank you.
Always like going to Richer Sounds to purchase. The staff are really helpfull and knowledgeable and because they are independent they have no affiliation with any brand they dont promote a specific brand so always give you sound advise on what suits you within your budget. Will always recommend.

I’d like to thank the team at Richer Sounds Romford for their excellent service. I updated my separates hifi system with them but wanted to keep my graphic equaliser bought in the eighties. It wasn’t completely compatible with my new system but the team guided me on a solution. I’m so happy that it’s working. Thank you guys
