We bought a mini from Richard a month ago. The engine warning light appeared yesterday, phoned him 'no problem' he said bring it in. Took it in this morning he diagnosed the fault straight away, ordered the part which arrived 30 mins later and fitted it there and then. First class service all the way. highly recommend

Bought a car for my mum from Richard. Excellent service, very genuine guy and great little car. Fantastic value for money as it was fully serviced and MOT’d on sale. Wholeheartedly recommended.

This is a reply to mr davies, It was unfortunate that your car overheated and that you found yourself in a position of not being able to stop until the engine was beyond repair, however the engine was replaced without question from plymouth vauxhall spares (which you were happy with) and also a new timing chain, water pump, thermostat and fan switch fitted. you were also lent a car. your car was returned and i have not had anymore contact with you so assume alls well . On top of my warranty you had 90 days warranty from the supplier which outlasted mine, not sure what else we could have done for you, i feel 6 months after the event, a bad review a little harsh. thanks richard ough motor services

Thank you again for our latest purchase, Ford Focus, delighted with the car and the service received. Have purchased here before and will continue to return in the future for further purchases and all servicing, mot and repair needs.
