OK didn't get the part I wanted but the female team member was a delight and helped as much as possible
It's a car parts shop, with a no hassle returns policy I ordered the wrong part online, when it arrived and I had discovered that it was incorrect I just took it to my local store and exchanged it for the correct item. Job done.
Purchase online was easy but such a long wait at the counter.......which was disappointing. Needs to speed up the collection process.

Call center customer service is shocking refused to help do a price match promise, website states you can call them to do it they refused to help on the phone and say send an email and wait up to 48hours for a response. Very unhelpful been buying from them for years. Disappointed
Ordered a alternator via a specific manufacturer Got there to find they had a cheap remy branded item instead. Worker argued with me ensuring me the brand they had were better than a Brand that’s been around for decades. Long story short, desperate to get up country I reluctantly took the cheap, terrible alternator. Voltage regulator failed within 20 miles of a 400 mile journey, after the battery exploded it was apparent it was over charging at 18-20v!!!!! Little did I know every time this happened my abs and airbags would deactivate. Im lucky I haven’t had an accident nor the car catching fire after the ‘high quality’ alternator cooked its own stator. Sometimes the customer’s actually right, especially when they’ve had the same make/model of vehicle for the past decade!
Put in car reg online for a a battery to pick up in store which I duely did. I mentioned at the time that the battery appeared to be the wrong size but they said it was an alternate part number and is the same pointing to a label with black marker pen which they had applied. Anyway it was the wrong battery so I phoned. Their computer system appears to be a sham, and then there was no apology with which I might have then been happy to visit and exchange for the right battery, so I asked for a refund instead and they just hung up. I went in and got the refund OK but counter service here in Saltash is customer unfriendly. Incidently correcy battery I found elsewhere was a lot cheaper!
Nice friendly staff and cheap parts. No necessary always of the highest quality if you go for the budget line. The branch manager Gagey is a proper diamond geezer.
Went to collect and pay for a prebooked online order and stood there for 10 minutes whilst 1 person was busy serving and three others flapped their gums in the back room. I'll buy somewhere else that actually wants the custom.
