In the 10 years that I've been purchasing cars, Ross provided the best customer service experience I've had from any dealer Main Dealer & Specialists included. My purchase was a long distance sale as I'm based in London. Ross provided detailed exterior, interior and paperwork videos. He also accommodated a video call where I could view the underside of the car.nnI was provided with frequent updates during the sales process, everything was smooth and received a decent price for my existing vehicle. The facilities were clean.nnRoss gave me a tour of the showroom and the projects area. There's a good variety of classic and modern Porsches. All of which looked like they were in great condition.
Without doubt the best quality, simplest and most enjoyable car purchasing experience I've ever had. After a run of bad luck with some premium main dealers, it was incredibly refreshing to find such great, old fashioned customer service. No pressure, very relaxed and easy going. It's taken me a long time to finally get into a position to buy my perfect spec 911 and Williams Crawford have been with me on that journey. Andy and Ross were both brilliant. A very personal service. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Have been looking for my next performance car for 12 months, having had a McLaren’ recently it was time to revisit a brand I knew well, Porsche have been cars I have loved and owned on 8 occasions.nMy search ended with a purchase of an immaculate 997 Gen 2. From mine and my wife’s first contact with Beth Witton, the process was perfect with great communication, from the detail pictures and videos, to the comprehensive service records and data they had on the car. We also dealt with Ross, who also was also extremely helpful. We would strongly recommend Williams Crawford and feel the experience as a whole was excellent.nnWe used Charles & Dean who work with Williams Crawford, to secure our specialist funding requirements.nFinally we traveled to collect the car and test drive, although we had already purchased the vehicle.nOur tour of their facilities, seeing the car and the test drive, proved to be the icing on the cake.nThe car was immaculately presented . What a refreshing change dealing with real Porsche enthusiasts.nLooking forward to dealing with Beth and the team in the years to come.
I have spent a considerable amount of time tracking down the best 911 for my budget. The reputation built up by Williams Crawford set them apart from all others. The vehicle is impeccable and the service from the team, particularly Andy was superb. Very knowledgeable, understanding and an absolute pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Willams Crawford have done extensive work on my 1974 2.7 MFI. This included fitting a duck tail lid and hidden air conditioning. Not only is the quality of the work is superb, but the experience of dealing with their wonderful staff made the whole process extremely enjoyable. I have been fortunate enough to own many interesting cars over the years and to deal with some extremely good specialists. Williams Crawford is right up there, amongst the best.
