Bought a 718 Cayman from Williams Crawford around a month back. Smooth transaction and everybody I worked with, Andy, Beth and Mike In service team, apologies if I misquoted name were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.nnBuying the car was easy, I live up north, they're down in Cornwall so we arranged delivery and the car arrived 4 days later.nnBeth took the reigns with organising the transaction and virtual handover. No question was too small / daft.nnWe had a little issue around the battery a week after reciept, they talked me through posrche assist and steps to get it fixed. Whilst there wasnt much they could do given the 8 hour drive between us they took time to actually help, some companies might have skipped past this.nnI was genuinely impressed with their operation from start to finish and would recommend and happily use again.
Andy, Beth and Ross at Williams Crawford are a credit to their business and the Porsche brand. We visited them on the way down to Cornwall on holiday a few weeks ago and whilst we didn’t see the exact car we wanted we knew they were a dealer we would be happy to buy from. Sure enough two weeks later we saw a lovely manual Boxster and based on one phone call purchased the car. That’s the level of confidence we had in them as a dealer. We are so pleased with the car, it was very well prepared and is in lovely condition and I am really fussy. Thank you.
Looked for the right car for 6 months. Finally settled on a 986 Boxster S. My first Porsche!nAndy Pearce and the team at Williams Crawford are superb. How many customers get tours of workshops, renovation area and projects? And when the sale is done a full induction to the vehicle with an engineer, Mark. The whole process very reassuring, no questions were too much trouble. Attention from Katie, Beth, Harry - superb service.nAnd no hard sell. Williams Crawford sells itself. Huge thanks to you all!
Having spent the last 18 months occasionally chatting with Andy and Ross trying to find the right car at the right time with the help of Beth last month I decided on a 987.2. Following on from many conversations I felt confident to purchase the car unseen as I live in NI. I definitely was not disappointed! Many thanks to Beth for being so patient answering all of my questions andnalso to Mark in the workshop who added a few tweeks to the car for me. All of the staff that I came into contact with were the same - friendly, knowledgeable and who obviously take a pride in providing an excellent service. Nice touch on handover -two lovely original Cornish pasties-definitely beats a bunch of flowers!nThese guys certainly deserve their multiple 5 star reviews.
I chose Williams Crawford on the basis of recommendation and how they treated my first tentative enquiry. Then I waited until the right car came along and the entire experience from reservation, inspection, preparation and handover has been exemplary, even with minor follow up questions. Wholeheartedly recommended. Oh and the car is great!nnUpdate May 2026: a couple of bits of work were done under the warranty, no problem at all. Mark fitted a battery conditioner, which has proved excellent and today an MOT first on the ramp away in good time and no problems - but I am sure they would have dealt with them if needed. A couple of bits of work lined up for the future. I'd said I'd chosen Williams Crawford before I chose the car and I was right. This is an excellent business with very friendly but busy! people and the whole experience is a delight. It's impossible not to recommend them!
