I recently brought a 2011 Audi A3 s line from Motorland, couldn’t fault the service from the two guys on the sales team, really easy to talk to and really helpful and also not pushy at all!
After about a week or so we had some problems with the car over Christmas which was a nightmare because we had to wait for the garage to re open to get the ball rolling with getting it sorted. When I spoke to the service team they were very apologetic and arranged a courtesy car and picked up the Audi. They needed the car for about a week. We have the car back now and everything seems to be all good.

Went to look at a Passat estate today and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel unwelcome , we asked to have a look inside the vehicle and one of the salesman unlocked the car and put the key back in his pocket, I’ve been car shopping enough to know that they normally leave the keys so you can start it up etc, so we had to ask again for the key to start it up. We were planning on part exchanging our Audi A4 S-line which is in excellent condition and had been quoted £5500 numerous times trade in price, he then gave us a quote and said he would offer us £4500 for our car!!! My husband said to him that he felt insulted by this and we wouldn’t be buying the car, the salesman then said to my husband, “I would rather keep the Passat” in quite a rude tone. This was unprofessional and we felt generally the whole experience was terrible and would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

Dreadful...their mechanic, Phil, tried to tell me that it is normal that the temperature gauge rises to normal operating temperature, falls to zero, goes back too normal, drops again, before settling at normal after 30 minutes, and that the car didn't behave this way during their test, despite me explaining that it does this EVERY morning, Phil joined me on a test run; Lo and behold the temperature dropped, he said; "yea but it didn't go down to zero" Phil seemed to listen selectively when I explained that the car hadn't cooled overnight. He insisted that this is a normal function of the thermostat...
When I purchased the car, their salesman, Jeff, lost their part of the V5 document of the car I part exchanged, and rang me accusing me of not passing it over, he then refused to send the V5 for the car I purchased from them until I provided a copy. Ruth in the office is polite and respectful, Phil has an attitude problem, Jeff is a deplorable human being in my opinion, Roger the manager has so far deigned not to sully himself by speaking with me or contacting me by email despite telling Ruth that he has contacted me. SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A TERRIBLE COMPANY, BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
