I am surprised this garage has so many good reviews. Their ability to fix jaguars is very weak. I will have to move my car to another garage because these guys do not appear to know what they are doing and they have taken so long.  Perhaps they are ok to change the oil and polish your car.

The staff here ate so helpful and friendly. My XF, 2016, in for service & Mot, and look at the Chariot the have loaned me.

From the moment I called and inquired about a car, James Evans was so helpful. The process of seeing and then buying our Jaguar was only 10 days. When we visited the showroom, we were treated like very special people. I also have to mention Kerry Elliot who was extremely helpful. Thank you for your special service to us.  We love our Jaguar!

Brilliant, top notch very switched on staff available to give first class advice I would feel totally at ease purchasing any vehicle from them. Business and staff to be proud of here in Cornwall. Went to look at a car.To be fair Britney who showed us around was lovely and the greeting when we entered was nice.  The real downside was when a manager  guy came over and started talking. He was rude, smug and honestly a massive reason why we wouldn't  buy a car there.

Being new to Roger Young I have to say I received the best service I’ve ever received from a JLR dealership.  All the staff I came across were helpful, engaged and knowledgeable. I was a customer of a JLR dealership in the Midlands for 6 years 3 years Jaguar, 3 years Land Rover and received unremittingly poor service. Such a pleasant change from what I became used to..

A big thank you to all the staff at Roger Young's. They made buying a car from them, a very nice process. Nothing was too much trouble.  Not pushy at all the who process was a relaxed affair. On collection of the vehicle they make you feel special but also like one of the family. Will recommend them to everyone in the market for a car... Special thanks to Kim who saw the whole prcess through from start to finish. Quality people selling a quality product...

Very helpful and friendly sales team, and an efficient parts/service department.

Only went to look at used car range but quite a large range on offer at some really amazing prices. Really helpful staff too.
