We have had a very good experience with Richard James.  The whole team (Jo, Sue, Avril, Grant, Mark, Sharon, Hayley) have all been fantastic right from start to finish.  They have all been very patient, very professional and have given us great advice.  They have worked really hard for us and we had over 20 viewings on our property within a short space of time and they were on hand to give feedback and advice after every viewing.  They have always been easy to get hold of and have kept us updated throughout the whole process.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property, they couldn't have been more helpful to us.  Thank you to all of you!

Richard James are the worst estate agents I have dealt with as a tenant. The staff my partner and I dealt with were rude, condescending and incompetent. The property we rented was ininhabitable and we were let out of the tenancy agreement after two months of constant badgering and council involvement.

If dealing with them as a tenant they will always take the landlords side regardless of whether the complaint is legitimate (the property we rented was damp to the point of having fungi growing, had zero insulation and ventilation). We had to get the council environmental health department to step in as they weren’t willing to contact the landlord and take the complaint seriously.
