Of the three different estate agents we came across this team at A&H were a BREATH OF FRESH AIR, responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. It was as if they ironed the road smooth before us. They responded in a timely manner, answered all of our questions and took time to explain and guide us through the process. It’s not often hopefully you spend these huge amounts of money so put yourself in their reassuring hands and have a safe journey. Highly recommended.

When we wanted to know if it made sense to convert our loft we thought we would speak to Allen and Harris as they sold it to us back in 2011. David Sheridan was great! He was able to pop round and view the property; give us a before and after valuation, and show us comparable properties and their prices with similar numbers of bathrooms and bedrooms. That helped us hugely in coming to a realisation as to choices we faced. David and the team clearly have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and from our recent experience and form our original purchasing experience we would highly recommend them

Allen & Harris, Dave Sheridan, were brilliant in helping me with my move. Kept me fully informed and sold my property swiftly after my original estate agent ceased trading. And Dave found me an excellent substitute property when my original choice failed to materialise. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend The swindon branch from my first enquiry to arranging my viewing to securing me the house. they have all been amazing and continue to be supportive by checking in on me and making sure my sale goes through has smooth has possible. I  would highly recommend these guys they continue to offer advice on all aspects of moving.

We cannot fault A&H in assisting us in purchasing our new home and in particular Catherine from the Swindon branch. From booking the viewings and showing us around she was brilliant, very knowledgeable about the property, the area and general information. I wasn't buying or selling a property, when I had a fall on the pavement outside. The staff at A & H were absolutely brilliant in their concern for me. Especially Anna, the Lettings Manager. She brought a chair outside for me, tended my cuts and bruises, then took me inside and made me a cup of tea, and plied me with cake. I cannot thank her enough. She was a real angel. Another girl even gave me and my friends a lift to our destination in her car. As I said, they were absolutely superb. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Xxx David Long.

Worst letting i have gone too i would to tell everyone please near let any house from them. Once you will and you have any maintenance required in the house month’s and month’s will pass they won’t do anything. Such a horrible agency it was my biggest mistake to let a house from them. Because it’s been 3 month’s and they not yet sold the problem of mould. I would request swindon borough council to please how these letting agency is behaving with there tenants.

Every staff at Allen and Harris commercial  Rd Swindon are very kind , helpful and with lots of patience  to tolerate viewers like me .They are very calm and friendly too.The two agents named Tyler are on top list I must say.Hats off to you guys.

Allen & Harris have been brilliant, giving us all the right advise about selling our house.  We have used them in the past and have been very happy, our last house sold within a couple of months.  We are going to be moving again and David Sheridan is going to come out to see us, he is very professional and an experienced member of the team.
