Dan and the team were excellent from the get go. I purchased through them and sold through another estate agent and despite the other estate agent seemingly being a highly thought of in Swindon, there was no comparison. I was always kept up to date and well informed by Dan. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gatekeeper or their in house legal services again. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a good experience dealing with Gatekeepers. They are professional about their duties and very warm. They always answer their calls warmly and are never tired of you calling them. I called Sam for about 10 times in a short while and I was worried that he will express displeasure at the frequency of my call, but I am amazed at his patience. He was never tired of my calls. If you are looking for agents that has your genuine interest and  will follow through the housing process, mediating between you and the landlord, please try gatekeepers. I have had unpleasant experiences with some companies, before trying gatekeepers and I am glad that I did try them. Whatever be the case, whether or not, I  get the property that I am chasing, it won’t matter much. Because I know that they did their best and will always remember the great customer service experience that Laura and Sam gave me.

I was scheduled for a house viewing appointment with the Gatekeeper letting agency. The staffs were present at the property on time and we're so professional. They explained all the key points of the property and also clarified all the doubts that I had. Would really want to thank Mrs. Laura who was the presenter for my viewing. Kudos team, keep going !!!

The staff have all been very polite and helpful in moving me into my new rented property and any issues had during the process were resolved quickly. The only negative I can think of would be the premium number you need to call as a tenant which can be very costly on a mobile plan.

We are in the middle of the purchase process and so far they have been very professional and attentive.  On our visit to the flat, Laura was attentive, polite and answered all our questions.  The rest of the staff is always in touch when they need any information.

I was very happy with my experience with Gatekeeper. Highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional. Special mention to Sam Mawson, Dan Thorne and Lucy Forde for their hard work and professionalism from start to finish. Lucy Forde in the property care was just fantastic, constantly keeping me updated. 5 stars without hesitation, thank you Gatekeeper.

My husband Teddy and I have a viewing with Laura Rich , such a friendly reception we received. Laura gave us a detailed viewing of the house and explained everything we needed to know.  Highly recommend Thank you very much

Have rented with Gatekeeper for over 18 months and I’m extremely happy with the service. Every time I contacted them where something was broken or needed replacing they have sent someone in to fix quite fas, no questions asked. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Used Gatekeeper some years ago so this is a review of a past experience. They were very problematic to deal with. Trying to schedule visits without our consent or presence. In the end wanted to charfe us a most all of the deposit on some made up claims. Went to DPS and provided evidence that their claims were either a lie like charging us for not leaving all the keys, wherw I had photos of us leaving everything that we were given when moving in plus any additional keys we made or a cash grab trying to charge us for paint damage that existed when we moved in. They will also allow the landlord to make repairs which was in direct  conflict of their contract, which resulted in the repair being performed to the lowest possible standard and us not being able to use it in full capacity. When contacted for landlord's details in order to claim damages, they refused and stopped responding. AVOID.

We are very happy with the Gatekeeper's service. Your quick response towards the customers queries is highly appreciated. Especially thanks to Laura Rich who was very nice and kind during our property viewing
