Alicia was a fantastic mortgage advisor for us- right from the very start in getting us our decision in principles all the way through to our final mortgage agreement and setting up buildings and life insurance. Made an appointment with Carl to sort out my mortgage. What is normally one of the most stressful and worrying situations you will ever face was in fact a really easy and honestly painless experience. Professional, understanding and very knowledgeable Carl got me the right mortgage at the right price. Went above and beyond helping me with solicitors and vendors. Can’t thank him or rate him highly enough!!!

I appointed Connells to take over the management of my apartment from Haart. They were amazing from the word go. Advice and guidance from start really put me at ease. At the same time i instructed them to take over the sale of my property. This was in January. The team worked around the clock to ensure the property sold at the market value and the after sales team, especially Sarah, was head and shoulders above any estate agent i have previously used. Patient, understanding and providing constant feedback made my journey very easy. Thank you to Sarah and Bev for your help and support in what would have been a stressful time, but made easy.

All I can say is WOW!!! Carl Montgomery helped me with my mortgage and what a dream he was to deal with. What we thought would be a nightmare when our original house fell through, was dealt with by Carl in such a professional and incredible manner. He made me and my girlfriend feel so at ease during the whole ordeal. I would advise anyone getting a mortgage to use Carl, he constantly kept us in the know and made sure we was happy throughout. People often say buying a house is stressful and all I can say is those people have not met Carl!!! Thanks again Carl!!

Sarah at Connells North Swindon was amazing at supporting us through sale and purchase despite the fact we had not bought through Connells. Every bump in the road she helped to offer alterntative options and helped us to chase solicitors and others. She is an absolute credit to the team and nothing was too much for her. Thank you!

I would like to say that Alicia did a fantastic job. I would recommend her to anyone especially first time buyers. Buying house is a very stressful process. She is very friendly and professional at the same time. Alicia was always there, kept us updated and advised all the best options. If I win lottery and buy another house I would go back to her. Shannon along with Tiegan and Jane were very kind and helpful throughout the process of putting our house out for rental on the market. Connels gave us a very competitive deal as compared to other state agents and we are very pleased with the process and rates so far.

My experience with this letting agent has been honestly massively positive, my letting agent Jade's support during the moving process from my previous tenancy due to landlord selling to my new rental was honestly second to none. All my enquiries were answered, issues resolved and she did everything I asked to ensure it was smooth as possible. Honestly I highly recommend her
