have been a member for a number of years and I have witnessed a consistent decline in standards, i would definitely not reccommend this gym to a friend. A fair amount of worn equipment, the equipment that has been replaced is of a lower standard, ie no plug in for earphones and no more t.v. or audio theatre. A treadmill has currently been out of order for 2 months. Recently Les Mills classes where cancelled with 2 weeks notice, the members petitioned the manager to no avail. On several occasions hygiene wipes have not been available and nothing has been offered in their place. Lots of disgruntled members, customer service does not seem to be a priority for the managers. in fact if you raise an issue the manager blames other customers and deflects and does not deal with the issue. if you do join, I would suggest you pay monthly and don't lock yourself in to a contract
