My grandma arrived at anstey ward,relatively fit and heathy for rehab after successfully coming through op for broken hip.They kept delaying her home date due to carers, although the family were more than happy to do most of the work and sadly only after a stroke did they send her home! Was only then we realised,no Physio had been done,pain meds were at a minimum and frankly her treatment was non existent! We are now looking after her,at home,she is Bedbound and very poorly. It's disgraceful and I strongly urge anyone with a loved one in ansty ward to get them out asap! Do not believe ANYTHING the staff tell you!(we were lied to so much) A complaint is forthcoming.

swift and helpful treatment when referred by local surgeries - the grounds, gardens and history all worth visiting to see for a brief visit, there is a Doctors Surgery and pharmacy adjacent and free parking
