Had a nice relaxing tlme and all the staff were friendly and helpful,food was brilliant, great breakfast couldn't wish for any better.All you would need is in the balmoral,great seaview,thanks,Maurice.

Fantastic food. But staff were woefully untrained. They were all very polite but obviously had no proper training, nor did they know the menu! But as I say the food was fab. So I think I would give one more chance to improve.
