Their kebabs are basically a head of lettuce on top of a small amount of pita bread, you can't even eat it. Pizza tastes ok but is small and over priced. Lots of better choices around.Food: 1/5
Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order at 7:39pm this evening with a collection slot of 8:30pm to arrive at 8:30 and be told it will be a couple of minutes… 8:50pm comes around and I’ve only received my food. To leave a customer standing for that long whilst 8 members of staff gather round to talk is outrageous. Received cold and burnt food, one way to give someone food poisoning! Over £30 for a total disgrace
Really sick of waiting 30-40minutes after my allocated pick up time and my food is still not ready. The staff just keep saying it will be ready in 5minutes when in fact that is a complete lie! The preparation system is very poor and nothing is made at the same time so half the order is sitting under the useless lamps for 20 minutes and is freezing cold by the time everything else is ready. Have wasted my money too many times here, won't be doing it again.

1st time trying Warrenpoint on Wed 25/10, served by a friendly girl on the till, wasn't sure what to go for and she gave me some excellent recommendations. Had Chili loaded fries, papas favorite and the garlic bread. Super quick service and everything was hot when I got it home. Definitely be in again next week for the same it was excellent!
Seriously need to have a training day for staff. They have absolutely no customer service whatsoever, answering phones and hissing when I asked to place an order for collection, only to be told ‘were not making any more pizzas’ at 5 past 8 . I would strongly advise you log in to AdWords and update your business hours if that’s the case. Your staff are loosing you alot of money packing up at 8 o’clock if there was a -5 star for customer service I’d be hitting the button all day
Pizzas were ordered at 7.15 on Saturday evening and after 2 phone calls to the warrenpoint shop and them telling us each time they were on the way they never arrived until 9.15pm and the food was not hot I would not recommend them at all for the price they charge it is definitely not worth the moneyFood: 2/5
We have used these guys regularly for a number of years but service has gone to the dogs. Always have to chase delivery and get told it has left 2/3 mins ago. 20 mins later doesn't turn up. Ring again to be told it will leave shortly. Many other places to get food in Warrenpoint so will be going elsewhere ongoing.Service: 1/5
Sean and Emma are an asset to the team, they're always so welcoming. The one time my order was made incorrectly, Emma was so accommodating and couldn't apologise enough and had my order fixed in no time.
Pretty cool we pizza shop fun staff and good and very clean. Bit slow on orders but still very good quality food
