Had a table for 10 people booked for 8:15 pm, we were left standing on the stairs for 45 minutes waiting for our reserved table to be free. The owner came to us at around 30 minutes into our wait and said (that the people who are at your table are chatting and in no hurry to go, sure you know how it is) and then he walked away grinning. Im not sure how it is but I found it totally unacceptable and his attitude was very poor. To make matters worse we then didn't receive our food until 9:40 pm and it was warm at best, I understand it was a busy Saturday night with the usual crowds and holy communion party's but are table was booked well in advance and to not even receive any apology for the inconvenience and delay was very disappointing.
