Absolutely 5 star service, very friendly staff and very helpful. Mark who replaced my windscreen went above and beyond. Well done to all, its always nice to come across and fantastic company and the staff make it even better
Came here for windscreen replacement. Good customer service with quick and efficient repair, done after about 2 hours. No complaints at all. Of note, easy access to city centre via tram if you have a longer wait, otherwise Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre is near by to spend time at.

I had my front windscreen replaced by a top professional fitter Mark Wilson. I have nothing but praise for this guy, he talked me through the whole process involved and carried out the replacement in no time at all. I watched from the reception as he did this replacement and to say I was impressed is a understatement. I am ex trade in motor vehicle repair. If you want the best then look no further. Brilliant. Extremely friendly and professional service. Couldn't fault them at all from the first time I called to collecting my car after a full windscreen replacement.
Car in for its MOT, failed due to the progression of a crack in the screen. Insurance approved fitter, not sure whether I should name and shame, couldn't get it done for nearly a week, either insitu or drive in. National got the glass overnight and fitted it at the MOT centre the next day! I wish I'd been there to shake his hand, thanks so much... now to sort out the bill with my insurance Co

Called national windscreens after getting a small Crack in my windscreen. Called on a Friday and was told someone would contact me on the Monday, this never happened so I had to ring the company back! I didn’t think this was good business conduct and the reason I haven’t rated 5 stars. However, after contacting the company I did get an appointment for the Wednesday and I am very pleased with the end result. The fitter that attended to repair my windscreen did a brilliant job! He was very professional, and happy to explain the process to me. Even better, the job was free as I have fully comprehensive motor insurance- bonus! I would absolutely recommend
