Had a huge oil leak. Other places quotes me extortionate prices, or said they couldn't even do it at all. This place have me a great price and communicated with me very well. My first stop for any future car related issues.

Fantastic staff and very honest and straightforward. Reasonable prices and I’ve been coming here for years now. They’ve even had a look at my car for minor things and not charged me for their time. Often it can be uncomfortable as a young woman going into garages and had very unpleasant experiences myself, but these guys have never made me feel that way. Best garage in Sheffield, real genuine guys can’t recommend them enough!!

I've been taking my cars to One Stop for decades and recommend them to everyone. Courteous friendly staff, great service and very reasonable prices. They often give more than they quoted for, or don't charge for small jobs. I've never been dissatisfied.Can't recommend Dave and his team highly enough.

I can say is that one stop garage Highly experienced staff  is one of if not the best garage I have been to. I have been using onestop for over 11 years and not once have I been unhappy with the quality of work and the Price. Dave and Phil and rest of the crew are so helpful. the customer care and advice and service fantastic. I have recommended loads of my own clients The Hair salon S6  to them and the feedback is great. some of the times even when they have been so busy they have always took time out to book me in. fantastic service!!! thank you

They can usually accept my car at very short notice. They're very friendly & welcoming. Problems are always thoroughly explained. I can't think of a single criticism. I feel really lucky to have found these people.

Car was making odd noises leaving us potentially stranded after a weekend in Sheffield. These guys got it in first thing on Monday morning and let us within a couple of hours know nothing was wrong and we were safe to drive home - they wouldn't even take some money for a bit of labour. Great service.

Having used Dexel/One Stop on more than a few occasions for a variety of different jobs both big and small. I have found the guys to be knowledgeable, hard working and always willing to explain every aspect of their work in a clear and understandable way. Their prices are reasonable while doing the quality of their work justice. I'm very pleased to have found a garage I can trust and more than happy to recommend them. Thank you Dexel/One Stop

Fitted some tires bought from an online seller / the garage damaged my alloy, not balanced rear wheels on a 4wd SUV, also put my locking wheel nut straight on alcantara leather . No plastic cover on steering or seat, car was returned without any anti COVID measures in place . Supposed to receive an winter check and also a tracking check - nothing done to the car . Few miles down road  check tyre light came on, had 4 different tyre pressures on tyres and not even close to the factory specification. Appalling service from here, will not Recommend this garage .
