Owner is s a very knowledgeable gentlemen, was very glad to give advice on care of the newest edition to our household, the juvenile curly haired tarantula, and also to debunk some of the bad things read online while researching the best arachnid for me. Will be a returning customer.

Known owner for very long time, very knowledgeable, but like any company does get busy,,. My opinion is what they don't know_simply ain't worth knowing, . Fully rate

I have used this store for a while and it is only recently that I Have had an issue. It's with a member of staff, an older man with greyish black hair. I think he is the owner or manager. He has to be one or the rudest, arrogant people I have ever met that worked in a shop. I have seen him be rude to people and people i know have also told me about him. I get that he has knowledge of the industry and knows his stuff, but he works in a shop that needs customers. Talking to people his way isn't going to help, as you are not the only exotic pet shop in the area. Maybe he should just brush up on his people skills or just stay in the back and let your other staff serve people as they have always been great.
