Terrible customer service. My husband tried and return some catnip sticks for £3.99 that didnt do as the packaging says it would do for cats, so my husband returned them complete with packaging and his receipt and the guy behind the counter refused to refund him! He told him to persevere and only then to come back and return them in a weeks time! I’ve never heard of such a thing! Isn’t there a satisfaction guarantee that if you’re not happy with a product, you can then return it?!

Shopped to 5/11/17 for a coat for my dog Rosy she is very shy and nervous , the gentleman assistant took time to make friends with her and make sure that the coat we purchased (very good price ) fitted her and was what we wanted. I have always found this particular gentleman to be very helpful and keen to help Thankyou

I would leave no stars if I could, website not up to date with what shop stocks. 3 wasted trips. Wrong opening hours on website. For a big company they don't have good customer service.
