Great service with well trained staff that know their animals. Bought a crusted gecko and was asked to provide readings for temperature and moisture readings. This shows great care for the animals they were selling. Also been asked to send pictures of out crusted gecko to the store so they can see how she is getting on in her new home. Great advice given about her diet and general handling routine. Would throughly recommend the staff at this store including Lucy who was absolutely great!

Great experience and wonderful staff at the Christchurch store. I wanted some gerbils for my son but the store has recently stopped stocking them. They went out of their way to get some more in for me, kept me updated all the way through and even surprised my son with a happy birthday sign on the tank when we went in to meet them. The staff gave us their undivided attention while we were meeting the gerbils and answered all my sons questions.  Couldn't have asked for more.

Very helpful staff, polite and pleasant. Never too busy to chat to you either which is very rare these days! You get such a personal service from them; when you go back to the shop after being away for a couple of weeks, they even remember your dogs name! Thank you guys for being our ‘go to’ pet shop! Negan loves Pets Corner #WeAreNegan 😁

I would like to express how lovely and kind the people at pets corner are .  They are always full of advice and take a real interest in the pets they see when they come into their store. I have never had a bad experience and every one of the workers have always answered my questions .  I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my pet food or advice .
