Very helpful.Went to get Syrian hamster few years back and he lived 3 happy long years!Can be expensI've but great quality stock.

We came into the store with our 7yr old grandson to get him a new hamster after his sadly died. Tash served us and looked after him so well! She was professional, went through the pre-sale checks and explained how to handle and look after the hamster.  She sat on the floor and let our grandson handle the hamster to make sure it would not bite him. She spoke to him with respect and kindness, then came to the till with us to complete the sale. Brilliant customer service, thank you very much Tash, you are amazing.
