Good afternoon!nToday, on 15 March, my child and I came to your shop to buy a little hamster! But we were not sold! My child is very sad! The elderly man who advised us was quite rude to us, saying that he would not sell him to us because we have another hamster! It sounds like he decides for us whether we should buy and how many, whether they should be put in the same cage or in separate ones! We were not satisfied with the service in your shop. In my opinion, this is no way to treat customers and decide for them how many hamsters to have! We are not satisfied with the service in your shop
We've just bought our first ever fish for our new fishtank and I could not recommend more this lovely customer advisor name Cory. She was genuinely so willing to help and responded with so much wormth to my son's excitement and answered all his questions.nThank you Cory!
I recently visited Petsethome in Branksome to buy two male guinea pigs as a surprise for my partner's birthday. The store has a great marketing strategy and the customer service is friendly. However, I noticed a bit of a knowledge gap when it comes to small pets and their care. As someone who owns two pet stores back in India, focusing on larger animals like dogs and cats, I'm relatively new to the world of small pets. That said, after doing a bit of my own research, I think the staff could benefit from more training in this area. Overall, the store is decent and well-organized, but there's definitely room for improvement.
This store is great. We recently added some guinea pigs to our family and the staff were amazing at helping us with what we would need in order for the guinea pigs to be safe. A nice thing that they do is they don't let you take a pet home unless you have everything set up which is great for the animals. The store has good amount of free parking and there is space outside the front to back car up to if you are moving anything big. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All in all a great store to visit for new or existing pet owners.
The staff are always incredibly helpful at this shop. Today they helped our pup try on various muzzles she eats everything and ensure we were able to find everything. The kind of personal customer experience that’s few and far between these days.
