I ordered some vet food online for my dog, next day delivery was promised, got an email first thing to say my order was on its way...then nothing else. I went into store to see if it had arrived and the manager called to find out it was not being delivered for some unknown reason. The manager was amazing, very understanding and compassionate and he got me food from the local vets. I am so grateful to him! Both staff on duty were great, really helpful, thank you both.
Poor service regarding the delivery though, if I hadn't have gone to store I'd have been none the wiser.

there's always a great selection of accessories for all the animal pets you could possibly have in England. the people behind the counter have always been really helpful no matter what you ask. I've gone here every two weeks for 2 and a bit years now and they have the best bulk buy sizes in a good 10 mile radius and for a really great price. the employees are always really helpful and put two bags of food behind the counter for me ready for my visit so that I'm not disappointed by it being out of stock. only bad thing about this shop is that it needs to be picked up and moved to ringwood with all the staff as well. I spend a lot of money here and a lot of money on fuel  getting here. I wouldn't go anywhere else

We attended a fantastic, free workshop for kids to teach them all about how to take care of small furry animals. The kids loved being able to get up close with the rabbits and hamster, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the workshop and the staff for their knowledge and care.

Felt very bullied today - every time I come in I get asked for a donation and as I have rescued animals, believe me I come in a lot. However, was loudly denounced by people in the queue because I refused today.  Was called "Mean" etc.  Really horrible experience.  Won't be coming in again. What would happen if I was an OAP ?  As it is I'm on sickness pension and I can't keep donating.  You've lost a customer Pets At Home

Good place to get your pet food but I wouldn't get fish from there as they seem to die and their tests aren't adequate for the water
