Story

Welcome to our facebook page, Pets&grooming is a pet shop & dog grooming parlour. Im Janina, I've been working with dogs for countless years & really love what I do, our staff are Carla, another Carla, Naomi & Charlotte they have all studied & got qualifications in animal welfare. Together we make a fabulous team!
This is best decribed as a work diary, I hope you enjoy seeing some of the characters we have the pleasure to groom as much as we do.

Really deserve a 5 star review. My 7 year old Tibetan can be a little stubborn at times but loves going for his groom and apparently he even behaves himself! They even managed to do his ears - no mean feat with Thomas. Highly recommended and really pleased we found them.

Lovely little shop with lovely staff. They did a fantastic groom for my dog and the prices are very reasonable. I will be going back.

Took my puppy here and the service was excellent. My puppy is very shy and doesn't take to strangers very well, so I was very nervous that he wouldn't feel comfortable around new people, but when I collected him, he was happily letting one of the grooming girls cuddle him, he looked very content and comfortable. It takes certain people to make dogs feel comfortable when they are complete strangers to them, so you can immediately tell these girls are dog lovers. Plus the service was easy and my puppy smells beautiful and is softer than anything. I'll be bringing him back to you from now on, thank you so much! :)

WOW took my chow chow for his first ever groom. he is 9 months old and is shy of people. The staff were so kind and helpful. Really put my dog at ease. when I came to pick him up he was having a cuddle with one of the groomers it was so nice to see that he had made some new friends. will definitely been coming back. Thank you to all your staff :-)

Deffinetly a 5 plus always helpful have our dog groomed there always comes back happy so deff no complaints
