We bought a Mercedes Benz with a beautiful leather interior and a good service record. I would recommend Irby Motors Mill Lane to anyone buying a car. The staff are very friendly and Bill is very knowledgeable about all of his cars for sale. He makes sure it is the right car for your needs before he will sell it to you. We felt very comfortable looking around and making a decision after chatting to Bill as to the intended use. Thank you for your excellent service and experience.
Buying a used car can be tricky, but Irby Motor Company really makes the experience easy and takes the stress away. I have now bought 2 cars from them and been really happy with both quality of the vehicles and any service needed required post purchase. This is probably the best experience I have had of purchasing a secondhand car. I recently bought a Volvo V60 from here and was impressed by every aspect of the transaction. As we had to travel from Anglesey things could have been complicated. As it was they were able to arrange on the same day as our visit all aspects of the purchase From the outset I felt that I was dealing with a helpful and honest and straightforward business. My son and I never felt under pressure, questions were answered fully and our test drive was conducted in a friendly and helpful way. Having decided to buy the car, all aspects of the purchase went very smoothly, including same day taxing and provision of an MOT. Well done Irby Motors - you seem to be an exceptional company!
One of my pet hates is pushy salespeople. It was therefore so refreshing to find a garage Irby Motors where the staff were so personable and helpful. I dealt with Bill and Harry who were both informative and passionate about the cars they sell. The Porsche Macan I purchased was immaculate. I haven't changed my car for a long time, but I felt confident in buying from a company who were both friendly and fair. I would thoroughly recommend this garage to anybody looking for a new car.

Recently bough a Nissan Qashqai from them. They where very friendly, no pushy sales, let us look around the car in our own time without looking over our shoulder but was available to speak to when needed. We where in a rush on the day due to timing and needing to get back, they where very accommodating with this and one of the mechanics stopped what he was doing to come and help us look at a small issue which he did there and then for us with no issues or objections. I really couldn’t of asked for a nicer experience with extremely friendly people who go above an beyond for their customers and happy with the car that I bought from them. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car and we will definitely be looking at what they have in when we next buy a car.
The current trend is to buy a car on-line, unseen, untested and uncaring. Irby Motors is the polar opposite; a caring family business. I bought a Volvo V40 which they had initially sold some time ago and then taken back in part exchange, so they knew the car and the service history . I part-exchanged my car for a fair price and bought my 'new' car for below the market value. The vehicle was serviced, MOT'd and valeted before I took delivery and the front tyres were replaced as part of the service. Thank you Harry and Bill for all their help.

I’m writing this on behalf of James Heckle who purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe. He is absolutely delighted with the car and the service provided by the team was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
My car battery was flat and I had no way of starting it so I called irby motors for help. I borrowed a battery pack from them but when I couldn’t get it to work, they came out and helped start my car! I am very grateful for your help Irby Motors! Thank you so much .
