This place used to be the place to go in Hartford however the past 4 times going, me, my friends and relatives along with other customers around us have noticed that the service and food standards have become absolutely dire. I'm guessing the place is poorly managed.

Fantastic afternoon tea, great and original presentation - definitely the best I've had so far. - no cheap white bread with not much fillings here. Only criticism was the room was a little too hot. Will definitely be back, perhaps to try lunch menu next time

We have just visited here for Saturday brunch with some friends. We ordered 3 club sandwiches which took 50 minutes to come. There were other people being seated & served food much quicker but we sat and waited. Eventually we asked the lady who I think may have been the manager where our food was ... she was rather rude & said “we have to cook the chicken so it takes time”. I cook chicken breast at home a lot & it doesn’t take 50 minutes! When it did finally come out the chicken & chips were stone cold so it couldn’t have been being cooked! We wanted another drink but nobody came to us to ask how the food was or if we’d like anything else. We paid the bill at the till & left without a thank you or goodbye. We have just stopped off at the nearby shop to get a drink! The lady running it is very rude & her customer service is shocking!! Been coming here for years but will not return again.

Gorgeous food at Relish tonight & great value with a burger,fries and a pint for £12.95 & a 3 choice platter and a glass of processco for £13.95..all the food is fresh and homemade..great service..valentine's menu looks fab too💕

Went out for some lunch ordered a cake and a burger. Waited about 40 mins. Asked where my burger is. "Sorry it didn't go through the till". Right ok. Can you make sure you put it through then. Comes back "Sorry we have no burger buns, do you want something else" No I'm off! "ok then" This place is right on my doorstep. Terrible customer service, I'm shocked!
