We found this hotel clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the bed massive. I cannot think of anything bad to say and my family and I were all happy with our rooms.

The shower didn't work. The hot water gurgled like the monster from Ghostbusters. I did however enjoy the massive bed and the view of the cathedral which was quite magical - the receptionist was very nice. Close to McDonalds If you get a bit tipsy and wander home at 1am with no chip shops open.

Not bad for the money. Headboard was hanging off the wall and there were no glasses in the room. Would I go there again. Probably

Stayed for one night during 2017 Dickens Festival, large comfortable bed, pleasant room and friendly helpful staff, very good price too.
