Booked a spa day treatment here which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was a package deal inclusive of lunch for 2 at £114. Variety of choice on both the treatment and lunch menu. Lovely reasonably sized swimming pool within the spa. The changing area is very clean and tidy. All the staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel, conveniently located for my needs. Staff helpful and polite. Good buffet breakfast. Only downside was the bed. The mattress appeared to be well used and was sagging at the sides. Very clean rooms and a decent nights sleep.

I came here with my sister-in-law with a Groupon voucher that had been gifted to me. The staff are very polite and welcoming. We had a facial which was very relaxing and professional. We enjoyed the facilities along with 20% off of our treatment followed by a hot chocolate and pastries to end the day. We'll definitely visit again.

Attended venue for a ball. Excellent service and food at dinner. Leisure facilities OK, quite a small area. Sauna and steam room very small, small swimming pool. But great for attending an overnight function.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely weekend break at the Bridgewood Manor. We booked the weekend break to celebrate my wife's birthday and to recover from a hectic Christmas break. We found the venue reasonably priced and enjoyed our time there. The food was really good with plenty of vegetarian options, the staff were friendly, in particular we felt the service we received from Anna (reception) and Jack (restaurant) was top quality. Both were willing to go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The treatment was very good, and we felt relaxed on departure. The room was good, with a comfortable bed and all amenities available, however no fridge or safe. The negatives for me were, the sauna and steam room were only big enough for 3/4 people, there was no water in our rooms, we had to request the Baileys for our hot chocolate which should have been in our room on arrival, pub/lunch service was slow and none of the drinks (breakfast/lunch/dinner) were included... Can't believe I had to pay for a juice with my "lunch deal", a latte at breakfast, and soft drinks when I still had atleast 30% of my budgeted dinner tab! Ignoring that, we did find the treatment very relaxing, the food options and taste very good and the service from most staff top quality.
