My mother was seen today by a lovely female doctor. Rang at 11am for an appointment, was told to ring back at 1pm. An appointment was booked for 5:30pm. With all the bad reviews around about doctors, it feels nice to give a good one
Ive called this surgery at 1pm today yet again to be told no appointments available. I have tried 52 times today as constantly engaged to be told no appointments again. I have a log on my phone when i have called this doctors and how many times each time ive tried to always being told no appointments left. Absolutely appalling and i will be putting in a complaint to the practice manager.
One the worse GP my big mistake am register here never get appointment when you need it
not worth 1 star been trying for 2 weeks for an appointment they say ring at 8 but keep disconnecting and putting phone down on me worst service ever
I Missed a phone call of the nurse an rang back an waited hours for a reply back had to make another appointment with 111 because I needed to be seen to urgently I tried explaing this to reception an they said I will just have to wait wornt aye, well for the waiting my conditions got alot worse an I had to make an 12 miles walking trip to Burnley A n E
They are rubbish worst doctors I have ever been with and they never give you an appointment when you need them they make you wait every morning and fight with everyone else wanting an appointment aswell and if you don't get through to them before all the appointments are gone then you have to go through the same process again the next day .. Hate this doctors and I always seem to get someone who puts the phone down on me after I waited all the time to get through the line in the first place,,, also some of the doctors are quite rude and act like they don't really care like they can't be bothered
