Been with this surgery for last 12 years but never seen by GP on time. Today I am in severe pain, need medical help and ring surgery this morning at 8 to get an appointment. Surgery phone was busy and after 10 minutes receptionist said there is no appointment. Again at 2 pm I tried ringing and my phone connected at 5 past 2 but had the same response from receptionist that no appointment is available for today. I don't know how they booked these in 5 minutes. Very rude receptionist. Same happened today, no appointment till next Wednesday. Keep ringing 8 am morning and we never the phone. Very non cooperative front desk staff.

A significant improvement in the last month (June 2017) so I've revised my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star. Thanks C/R/S. Update: much, much better. Even the grumpy guy is now pleasant :-) Well done, please keep it up ! So, it's now mid-October 2017. This surgery has had a considerable amount of effort spent on the now ongoing improvements. 1. Prescriptions repeats are completed in the same day. 2. There are available (same day) appointments for both doctors and the nurse! 3. Overall efficiency has obviously improved. 4. The reception has improved beyond all recognition. Thanks. You now deserve a 5-star rating.

Personally I've always been looked after with a smile,the surgery is a poor multi-ethnic community,it's not Harley Street,but my elderly,almost blind father is treated very well,as is my brother.

I don't believe I have seen the same doctor once since I registered with this surgery. The front of house staff are generally rude and the quality of care is sub-par.

Takes weeks to get a appointment then they always ring up and cancel it and when you finally get one the reception staff are rude and act like they are doing you a favour booking appointments. Can never even see a doctor I always get a nurse practitioner even though I've asked for a doctor.
