I previously posted a negative review regarding getting through on the telephony service. I just wanted to say that filling in the online form has made booking appointments so much easier. Thanks to the team at Irwell x
Only been in the area a few months so far doctors have been really good 1000x better health care here than keighley!!
I have been with irwell for almost 20 years and have maybe had a few occasions where I've not been 100% satisfied. The staff are friendly, the doctors I've seen have been fantastic and the surgery itself is always clean and tidy. I have always been able to get an appointment less than a weeks wait, sometimes on the day if on the rare occasion I've needed them, and also had a couple of same day telephone appointments. Peak times of course will be busy but it usually doesn't take too long to reach by phone.nnMy only complaint is that I was removed from the dentist here, after being referred elsewhere for braces, and now have to go privately elsewhere - but this is a national issue, not just a me issue.
Fast and efficient service, far better than the doctors I have come from!
What a fabulous organisation and set up the Irwell Medical Centre is. I cannot fault the care, support and attention to detail the staff provide, from the frontline receptionist team to the medical team and GPs.nI have recently over the past 12 months moved Drs and so far I have been very happy with the Irwell.
