Selling a property in Whitehead, I wasn't sure about using a Carrick agency. I thought others might have a better local awareness. That all changed when I met the staff at Reeds Rains. They immediately impressed with their knowledge of the town, the housing market and potential routes to sale.
Hands down this is the best agency I have used (sold 6 houses in 10 years.) All the staff seemed to know what was going on with my sale, kept me right up to speed and were a pleasure to work with. Great job, thank you.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the team at Reeds Rains Carrickfergus branch. I was so impressed by the high standard and quality of service that I received. They really went above and beyond. I've used several estate agents over the years and I can honestly say that Reeds Rains delivered the highest level of care I have ever experienced. No problem was too big or too small.

Reeds Rains have been great,  whole team but Lisa at my local Carrrickfergus branch has been brilliant.  As an overseas landlord currently based in Singapore,  I need peace of mind and It just works. Regular inspection reports, skilled tenant handling's and first rated communications. Very professional indeed.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa, who pulled out every stop in getting our property rented, it went as smoothly and quickly as was possible. Lisa is a credit to the Estate Agency sector - she has a genuine desire to give a fantastic service, she kept me updated throughout the entire process and she was always available to answer any questions along the way. I cannot recommend Lisa enough and would always go back to her for any future property transactions.Thanks Lisa, for making what could have been a very stressful time seem so easy!
