The drivers are polite and the service you get from these lads are simply sweet! The staff that work there know me well, that I don't even need to keep repeating my journey details. I will surely recommend!!!

Rude. I asked for a driver 10minutes later. He shows up a minute later and says "if you aren't out in a minute i'm gone". Then he charges me 50p extra and pretends its the right fare. I didn't mind but he was not honest or a nice guy. Not calling these guys again.

We got a taxi the other morning to Heathrow. This is something that we do at least twice a month and have done for a few months. Also due to family commitments is something we have planned in at least 6 times in the next month. We have always paid near enough the same. £47 to £50. This time the driver decided that his route would be on m25. We asked why not use the A406 but he insisted the only route was m25 northbound. He said the tunnel would be busy, dartford tunnel!!!!! From Essex!!!!! He then charged us an extra £15 for the privilege of using a route we said NO to. Speaking to the office we were called liars. For the sake of a £15 refund they have lost at least £300 of sales. Do not use

Used them last week. Simple to use, good availability and actually arrived early both times (to & from a party) with text alerts. I know others have had different experiences but I can't fault the drivers or controller.
