I would recommend this service to anybody. Car was at my door within 5 minutes of booking and driver was friendly and polite. Knocked on my door and offered assistance with my bags both at the pick up and drop off. Anyone looking for a cab service in the ilford area this is the place to go!

No.1. Charged extra money even price previously agreed and refused to give change at the other end. I had to just walk away. No.2 Deliberately took longest route following 'satnav' - when challenged , claimed it was company policy. Actually got scared and opened door at traffic light to get out before driver agreed to follow my direction to station. No.3 ordered taxi at station waited for 15mins. Called them and was told cab was at other entrance. I was told to go there- with heavy luggage via stairs. Asked him to drive round. Refused. Ended up calling hubby to rescue me. 3 separate times they've disappointed, never again. Their no. is now deleted.

Booked a cab for Heathrow with 24 hours notice. Cab didnt arrive so called the office, its on the way but will be 15 minutes late. 20 minutes later still no cab, call back, told he will be with you in 5 to ten minutes. More phone calls, more BS from the controller, the cab arrives an hour late! Because this was early in the morning I had timed it to miss any traffic, well an hour later actually added an hour and a half to the journey time. The driver told me that the controller forgot all about the booking and phoned him at home and got him outof bed!!! So he misled me from the beginning, he could have just admitted the mistake and I would have called another company instead I nearly missed my flight. I made the check in with 10 minutes to spare. For anything important...DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

After been let down at the last minute from another local company in Ilford, I booked an airport service to Gatwick with CeC cars Gants hill, My cab turned up within 7/8 mins with a very good standard car, very clean. The driver was very helpful and carried my bags from the door to the car also very polite and efficient. From the friendly reception on the phone whilst booking my journey to the drop off at the airport very professional, couldn't recommend highly enough.
