Not very transparent when it comes to disclosure of the state of vehicles. I had all approved by a reputable agency, they advertised the vehicle for £7,300 the agency requested the documents from them to close the deal, they stated that the vehicle was wrongly advertised at £7,300 it should be £7,900 but they will honour the price and will charge £199 admin fee, papers still did not come through and then they came up with a story that the clutch of the automatic vehicle needed repair and there were scratches at the rear. The agency told me that they have never had this before with a dealer, I called them and they said it should be ready by tomorrow I was happy about it but then I received a call that the cost is £8099 … so can the prices and state of vehicles be trusted? I did not go ahead with the purchase. This review is my experience of the process.
The car I purchased it wasn’t cheap has more or less had to be re-built and was dangerous! The warrantee wasn’t worth the paper it was written on and they were extremely unhelpful. Do not recommend
Please avoid at any cost!!!!!!! I’m finally free from these people after long hard couple months! This first time they sold me a car with in two days the Engine light came on. I took this car back and then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got second car with them. When I first got the car the gear would slip into neutral at first thought was me as was new car. Then it happen to me on the motorway we’re I was nearly killed as it wouldn’t slip into neutral again. I then took it to get a health check to were found out there was over £3000 worth damages!!!! From the most stressful experience of my life please do not use them!
I bought my car 3 month ago it had 3 months MOT just took it for full service and MOT to find out that I have been driving around with Front wheel bearings gone this has caused tracking to be out front wheels to go bald on the in side only also hole in the exhaust . As a lady driver not things I would look at when buying a car I also have had my children in the car . Please make sure you get a full year's MOT certificate and then still get car checked

Company insists on customers writing 5* reviews for breakdown cover to start. Would be wary of low review number accounts. Nice strategy but poor practice.

We bought a 2011 Ford SMax. The price was good, the service was excellent and the staff were really helpful. We had a warning light come on and they took the car back and got it fixed. Would definitely use them again.
