really old customers they have knew us for about 11-12 years . Today there was an ocassion , I phoned them they never answered . Then I called them about 5-6 times never answered . Finally they answered the man that picked up the phone he was really rude . The service is so bad . I’m going to book a another service which is better than this one .👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡😡😡😡

On two occasions when I needed a taxi I have called yet no one answers. Two different days at different times. Not impressed

Years ago they were the best car service for miles, so much so I was a regular customer. Sadly I don't know what has happened but it's just not as efficiently run.
