A joke of a taxi firm!! Prebooked a taxi which never showed, not surprised as the lady I booked it with was very rude! When I called to chase up the taxi I was told their driver had gone due to a family emergency, which was a total lie as I saw a Mayflower cab drive past!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
Absolutely disgusting. None of the drivers speak English, they are never on time and cancel jobs on the fly. And when you call to complain, the non English speaking manager threatens you. The Home Office should investigate this place.
Never had problems with May Flower, prices are genuine and the cab drivers come before time.
