My driver was 45 min late. They claim there was road works but I checked google maps and there was no traffic. I called the office to find out how long the driver would be and they hung up on me and kept transferring me to voicemail. I would not recommend them AVOID at all costs . The office was completely unprofessional.

Booked taxi last night to pick up at 4.30am this morning. It never turned up. Tried calling two different numbers. No answer. I'll stick to Uber who are reliable and cheaper. What a tin pot outfit Blueline are. You've lost my future business.

Pre booked a cab to take me to the airport at 3.30am but it never turned up! Tried calling their '24 hours' number and no one picked up. Very annoying. Luckily I called up radio and they sent someone right out. Would avoid if it's important to get to your destination...
