I joined Raw to learn how to lift as Ive seen so many positive stories about lifting and changing body shape. I felt totally at ease when I went for my initial consultation with Ant and all those worries about being too unfit to join were dismissed early on. Jonny and Ant are full of knowledge and will correct form and provided assistance unprompted. They arent just a gym but put steps into place to ensure you change bad lifestyle habits that could be holding you back. Ive realised now how important sleeping patterns and awareness of nutrition are and started to see results in a few weeks!

This place has changed my life! I signed up to the 6 week RISE programme, bare in mind I have never done any kind of lifting or strength training. It all started after reading weekly Emails sent by Ant and these wasn't just any Emails, these was honest open Emails that really struck a chord with me. It got me thinking about my life and where I wanted to be. As a Wife and a Mother of 3 I looked after everyone and always put myself last. Times was about to change I made a decision and finally after 2 years Emailed back. Everything was simple and straight forward to get started and I was a nervous wreck on my induction but I was put totally at ease and was set to start my first 6am start - This was really convenient for me as this was the only time I could get an hour to myself whilst the rest of the house was still sleeping. On my first session being totally new, I was overwhelmed at how nice and supportive everyone was. No one knew me but got behind me to push that prowler - one! more! length! It was then that I realised wow, this place and people are awesome. I went from session to session my strength and confidence growing every time from how to load the bars and working out my percentages. Everything I was being taught had a reason and was explained so I had a better understanding to what and how I was doing things. Also along side the training we had a nutrition plan that was so easy to start with it took the daunting aspect out of it straight away. Through the great staff and supportiveness of the other members I have changed my life around, I'm healthier, fitter, I have managed to change my way of thinking and all together I am a better me all thanks to RAW Strength Gym. Had such an amazing time at this gym, so different than any other gym and being with such nice people that push you to your paces really makes a difference and notice results in a short space of time! Thank you :)
