I had heard of CrossFit for a few years but always though I wasn't fit enough. After wandering around commercial gyms for while not really knowing what I was doing, I decided to get in touch with Sam. Sam got me in for an informal chat and to give me a better understanding about CrossFit and CrossFit Outwork. I completed my 2 week foundations course and was hooked! I am hooked on the movements, I was hooked on the sense of community and hooked on the benefits it had not just physically but how it transferred across into my work and home life. I cant speak highly enough of Sam, Helen, Phil and Matt; they are all highly knowledgeable, personable and full of encouragement 24/7!

The gym facilities are top notch but the best reason to go is for the coaches and the community. No one is just left in a corner to do their own thing, everyone is included and made to feel welcome and part of the Crossfit community.

Did a couple of drop in sessions while visiting from the States. Best crossfit gym in the area, welcoming environment, legit weightlifting coaching, small class sizes, new clean facility and equipment. Recommended

Brilliant new Crossfit box. I had a great experience dropping in on a session whilst visiting family in Warrington. The coaching was great and made me aware of movement patterns I hadn't noted in myself before. I particularly liked the post WOD nutrition talk far more than the 75 burpees...
A great experience; I'll definitely drop in again next time I visit 👍
