Love the fact its private. Most of the other fitness studios claim to be private when you are sharing a room with some else. At D4 Fitness Warrington clienteles privacy is guaranteed in a 1-2-1 environment. I personally would highly recommend them to anyone

20 weeks ago a started a crazy personal training fitness journey with Paul Shaw in Warrington and since then I've not looked back. 

After 20 weeks I have manages to shift a massive 2 stone 5lb, that's 15.8kg or (15 and a bit bags of sugar) to say I've never felt better is an understatement. Not only have I lost the weight off the scales (even after a 2 week cruise and putting on 9lb) my measurements have been great too and I feel so much better in my size 10 jeans so here's what's come off....

5cm off chest 
16cm off waist 
10cm off hips 
6cm off leg 
2cm off arm

39cm off in total / 15.3 inches 

I train really hard now and safe to say I've caught the bug!! With the variety of exercises and different training Paul has taught me, motivation is an understatement to what he provides. Will power is required but the sugar free jelly always helps if your feeling a little off! 
Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Paul is an amazing PT! His sessions push you to your limits but make you feel amazing once completing them! He is always just a text away and helps you with your own gym sessions, wouldn't go anywhere else.
