Nice little Gym. While the gym is very small it is a bit more personal. I use the off peak membership as I only go late mornings so it's ideal (£170 for 12 months), pretty good value compared to total fitness. While I agree some investment would't go a miss I found the staff helpful and was offered a month by month basis as apposed to a 12 month contract. I have never had a problem getting on a machine a very rarely find more then 10 people in at the same time

Unfortunately this gym hasn't had any investment since it was opened about 8 to 10 years ago and it shows.  The facilities and equipment are untidy and on their last legs.  It would be easy to put up with this if it was cheap but it is expensive at £35 per month for this gym.  It doesn't even offer a reasonable option for people like myself who can't commit to 12 months because I move about.  The only way it gets away with it is that there is no choice around the immediate area - if there was then this gym wouldn't get any members.

its a small gym but I find very friendly could do with some more classes as they don't use the studio  much
