Made an appointment for bloods about 4 weeks ago, the time was for 11:45am on Monday 18th August 2025, guess what, the NHS cancelled my appointment late afternoon on Friday 15th August, 2025. I cannot reply to the SMS sent to re-schedule, as my phone does not allow this. I phoned them, only to find that they shut at 4:30pm. How convenient. In my opinion the UK NHS is dying, and rapidly.nnMark
This review is based only on visiting the wet changing room area and sauna. Because otherwise I do like using all the other areas of Orford Jubilee like the Gym or the sports hall.nLast time I used the sauna the it was probably 2-3 years ago and everything was working as it should and the place was spotless.nWhat a difference now. It is just filthy and disgusting and after just one round in the sauna I gave up and left. ......Cold showers not working , rubbish everywhere, no toilet paper and I could continue..... few months later upgrading from 2 to 4 , because I have visited the gym few times and it is nice and spacious, maybe a bit cold due to air conditioning, but thumbs up
The Dr was excellent, all the staff were pleasant, parking was easy and FREE
Orford Jubilee had great swimming bath facilities, with adequate family changing rooms. I enjoyed the swimming pool itself and it was a decent size with a good deep end. However I found the water a little cooler than I would of liked it to be. The kids became cold over time. This was quickly resolved with the hot showers with good pressure. We were fortunate to use a locker that was a decent size.
First time coming with my two children and we was greeted so politely and staff are so friendly. Setting is fab very easy to settle them down in as it’s exactly like nursery was reassured any nappy changes will be done and to just relax. I will be 100% recommending the girls in the crèche.
